Zoe Tse practices primarily in the areas of corporate finance, merger and acquisition and general commercial law before founding ZML, she worked at leading U S and international law firms in Hong Kong for over 10 years. Ms. Tse is currently a legal advisor to several listed companies in Hong Kong, including blue chipped companies, state owned enterprises, companies in Southeast Asia and financial institutions. Her role is to assist clients in swiftly and successfully completing numerous deals including but not limited to acquisitions, on shore or off shore financing, setting up trust funds etc.

Ms. Tse has experience in advising on equity fund raising transactions, including initial public offerings, post listing regulatory matters, and corporate rescue restructuring.

Representative experience

Legal counsel for a listed blue chip company in Hong Kong successfully completed a number of multinational mergers and acquisitions, a subscription of RMB 3 billion wealth management products, establishment of trust funds, placement of shares, etc.
Lead legal counsel of a listed catering group in Hong Kong completion of several commercial real estate acquisitions, strategic investments and project financing.
Represented a numerous major shareholders of a Hong Kong listed company in the sale of their controlling shareholdings in compliance with “The Codes on Takeovers and Mergers and Share Buy backs”.
Legal advisor to over 80 Hong Kong, China and Singapore companies in listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Legal advisor in winding up procedures and corporate resure for listed companies.
